This means they have fulfillment centers (printers) all around the world, but it does mean that Printify acts as the middleman when it comes to support. Order re-routing is often required too.
When you create a product in Printify, you have to choose a single partner in their network. If that company runs out of stock or is over the other side of the world from your customer, then manual intervention is required to approve rerouting your order to another company.
