Creative Fabrica Studio is a design tool included in Creative Fabrica’s unlimited access All-in-one subscription.
I’ve recently switched from Canva to Creative Fabrica Studio for my design projects, and I’m wondering if I’ve made the right choice.
I’ll share what I’ve discovered about its capabilities compared to other popular design platforms.

Creative Fabrica Studio Features
Background Remover
If you have spent any time designing print on demand products, access to a back ground remover tool is a game-changer.
As we can now create any graphic we want using AI, removing the background and placing the graphic on a new background increases the number of designs you can create from one graphic.
The CF Studio background remover works well. I tried it with a number of simple and more complex images and I was happy with the result each time.
Vectorizer
Studio’s Vectorizer tool takes any image and turns it into an SVG.
The feature works well. Simply drag and drop the image and CF Studio processes it and turns it into an SVG.
All the images I tested the Vectorizer with were created as expected with no issues.
Flow – AI Images
AI is everywhere and Studio is no different. Within studio there is an AI Image creator.
There is a simple prompt box with the option to select a type of image you want produced from the following options

- Transparent
- Patterns
- SVG
You can select from one of the 5 preset size options:
- Square 1:1
- Landscape 16:9
- Landscape 4:3
- Potrait 9:16
- Portait 3:4
Template Library
Creative Fabrica Studio may be newer, but it has thousands of templates that help you start your designs easily. They keep these design tools well-organized, so you can find what you need quickly.
Using templates is simple. Just pick one you like and change it to match what you want. This saves you time, especially when making social media posts or marketing materials.
The clear organization helps everyone – even beginners – find good templates without confusion.
Patterns
If you create all over print designs you know creating patterns can be a hassle.

CF Studio is not available as a standalone tool. It comes free as part of the Creative Fabrica All Access Unlimited subscription.
The subscription costs $3.99 per month when you pay annually.
Given the value you get with the CF All Access subscription, signing up is a no brainer.

Using Creative Fabrica Studio For Print On Demand
The stereotypical t-shirt design has three main elements:
- A main graphic
- Stylised Text
- Additional Design elements
Creating a new POD design using CF is straightforward, albeit a little more drawn-out design process.
My Process:
- Search through the template library for ideas
- Search the extensive library of graphic design elements for my main graphic.
- Download the bundle
- Create a new project in CF Studio
- Add my text & apply one of the many font effects available
- Upload my chosen graphic
- Add any additional design elements either from repeating step one or using the inbuilt elements in CF Studio.
Creative Fabrica Studio Review: Verdict
If you already have a Creative Fabrica All Access subscription, then Studio is a tool you should investigate as its included free. You now have a background removal tool
If you are considering getting a Creative Fabrica subscription, then Creative Fabrica Studio provides one extra reason to sign up.
However, if you are looking for a feature-rich all-in-one tool, Creative Studio is not better than Canva as Canva offers many features and the design tool is the main offering.
Whereas with Creative Fabrica, Studio is a free addition to the already value packed subscription.
